Prices listed on this website are current and updated. We may, however, modify prices without earlier notification. If it so happens that you have placed an order and we modified the product price before it is delivered to you, the original total price listed in your invoice shall be followed.
 
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Echostore Davao guarantees that we use the best carriers and delivery partners in the business to make sure your order get to you on time.
We guarantee delivery of your order within 1-2 business days for Davao City deliveries, while deliveries outside Davao City will be depend on the delivery partner or carrier's lead times. 
We are unable to accept liability if the delivery of your Goods is late or if stock is not available in time for the scheduled delivery.
We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to the Goods after delivery.
 
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Echostore Davao warrants that the Goods are apt for their intended purpose, are merchantable, and meet descriptions we have provided. All other warranties and representations, except those which are non-excludable in law, are excluded.
If the Goods are faulty or do not meet these warranties, we will replace the Goods. We, however, exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
We cannot be held liable if you have failed to follow instructions, modified the goods, or used them for unintended purpose.
We will try to assist you if you wish to exchange unused Goods but we may require you to pay for costs we will incur as a result thereof. Other Goods cannot be exchanged if they are not resalable.
